"I’ve been with this branch for years and have always appreciated the personal touch—especially the birthday cards Vipal sends every year. Unfortunately, it seems the customer service at this branch has declined significantly. I called this morning to follow up on a question about my car payment, and the woman who answered the phone was unexpectedly rude and abrasive. I understand that customer service can change over time, but this experience left me reconsidering my options. It might be time to give Geico or Progressive a try."
